Dr. Vlad stands out not only for his deep knowledge but also for his ability to clearly explain what needs work and introduce innovative physical therapy techniques I hadn’t encountered before.
My recovery from a recent shoulder injury, caused by overdoing it at the gym, was significantly improved under his care. One of the most helpful aspects was the personalized pictures and videos he provided, allowing me to practice with correct form at home.
I found it to be a great gym with plenty of equipment and tools to aid recovery.
